Custom-designed Metal Frames. We built this condominium with curved walls. Therefore it wouldn’t have looked right to hang flat pictures. So we made frames out of expanded steel (a commercial product), stainless steel stand-offs and Plexiglas. This way the pictures could conform to the shape of the wall and one can partially see through the frames to the wall color behind, creating an interesting effect.
This sink base has a frosted Plexiglas tri-angle covering the plumbing and echoing the shape of the stainless steel sink.
Turquoise and peach glass block can be special ordered from Germany.
Rope lights can be installed under steps for safety and mood lighting.
